It almost disappears as you enter into mid20s or after you have a baby.

Know About Fertility Problems Before its Too Late

After going through the infertility self-help, that is the things you can do on your own to get fertile, you need to know about the fertility problems about which you can do nothing. Only and only medical fertility treatments can treat you. We are absolutely wrong if we think that all the factors relating to fertility are under our control. There are some things that are beyond our reach, such as
Among women, the conception is adversely affected by
--------- Ovulation problems
failure  or delay to release an egg each month
Causes:
1. Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), when numerous small cysts develop on the ovaries and ovulation gets disturbed.
2. Side-effects of certain medicines, like anti-inflammatory painkillers, chemotherapy and radiation treatment
3. Premature ovarian failure or early menopause
4. Hormonal imbalances
--------- Blocked fallopian tubes
Causes:
1. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs)- chlamydia and (more rarely) gonorrhoea
2. Endometriosis- when cells from the lining of the womb implant somewhere else, such as the ovaries
3. Pelvic inflammatory disease- caused by chlamydia and other STIs
4. Previous pelvic surgery- like in the case of appendicitis
--------- Age
Women are usually more fertile in their early 20s as compared to those in their late 30s. This is because with age, the quantity and the quality of your eggs get declined. Your womb also undergoes certain changes that cause problems with the lining of the womb, like fibroids or some physical abnormalities of the womb, depriving your womb from successful implantation of a fertilised egg.
Other conditions affecting the female fertility are
diabetes
epilepsy
thyroid and bowel diseases
gynaecological problems including previous ectopic pregnancy or more than one miscarriage.
And among men, the causes for infertility is the problems with thesperm, like:
1. Low sperm count, poor quality of the sperm or poor sperm motility (slow sperm-speed)
2. Poor testicles history like any inflammation or any injury caused by mumps, drug treatment, radiotherapy or sporting injuries
3. Any previous bacterial infection
4. Any surgery in the past could have damaged the tubes or impair blood flow to the testicles
5. Diabetes, any medication or urinary tract surgery can also result in retrograde ejaculation. In such a situation, the male sperm travels backwards into the bladder resulting in infertility.
Now after going all these fertility problems, do not lose hope of getting cured. This is just an overview. Exceptions are always there!
You have hope as apart from the medical infertility treatments, there are some therapies that can cure you. For this, try reading information on therapies like acupuncture and aromatherapy for infertility cure. You will experience greater benefits, for sure.
And do not forget to share your views and comments on the information discussed above.

Natural Remedies For Diabetes

Diabetes Testing
Who says diabetes cannot be cured? Let it be made clear, that it is curable but with the right diagnosis. But it can only be controlled if diagnosed at an earlier stage, i.e. pre-diabetes. There are several tests for pre-diabetes and diabetes.

There is Fasting Plasma Glucose Test (FPG) or an Oral Glucose Tolerance Test (OGTT) and both are used for both the diseases. But normally, FPG is recommended as it is easier, faster and cheaper to perform.
According to this test, if your fasting blood glucose level is between 100 and 125 mg/dl, then you have pre-diabetes. And if more than 125 mg/dl then you have diabetes. And according to OGTT Test, your blood glucose level is measured after a fast and also two hours after you drink a beverage rich in glucose. And now if your glucose level measures between 140 and 199 mg/dl, then you have pre-diabetes. And if at 200 mg/dl or more, then its diabetes.

These two tests are the most considered ones and that are easier or you can say, much economical to perform.

After diagnosis, if you are found lucky to have no diabetes, then congratulations! But unfortunately, if the reports are in positive, then you need to have the prescribed treatments. Mole Removal
Moles come in different shapes and sizes and can appear from your nose or anywhere on the face, as well as arms and chest areas, sometimes in groups, or by themselves. Some moles go unnoticed while some are considered as beauty spots, i.e. they are actually considered attractive by many.
For some, it is a great worry as it can result in dangerous outcomes. Whatever form it maybe- laser mole removal or other cosmetic mole removal, will remain a cosmetic surgery procedure providing a solution to people who want to improve their appearance and get rid of the related health risks.
Remember, that a cosmetic surgery is a surgical procedure whose results cannot be erased forever.
Moles, or nevi, can be removed by 2 surgical methods:
1. Excision (cutting) with stitches
2. Excision with cauterization (a tool is used to burn away the mole): Although laser has been tried for moles, it is not usually the method of choice for most deep moles because the laser light doesn’t penetrate deeply enough. Typically, the doctor or dermatologist (a skin specialist) may choose excision with or without stitches depending on the depth of the mole and the type of cosmetic outcome desired.
Now, what is a mole?
Normally, a mole is associated with any dark spot or irregularity in the skin. Whereas doctors take it quite differently. But all skin marks cannot be treated as moles only like:
Birthmarks
Abnormal blood vessels (hemangiomas)
Keratoses (benign or precancerous spots, which appear after about age 30 years)
What is the cause behind these moles?
Some moles are by birth whereas some appear over time.
Sun exposure seems is also one of the major cause of the development of moles and may also develop atypical, or dysplastic moles.
Hereditary factor also dominates a lot in the occurence of moles in humans. Many families have a typical mole called dysplastic (atypical), normally associated with a higher frequency of melanoma or skin cancer.

Recent Heart Attack Information

The most important thing for humans to survive is a healthy heart, and if your heart is unhealthy, then your life is always at risk. Its really unfortunate that most of the Americans are unaware of the signs of a heart attack. And Hispanics are one step ahead of the Americans, as they have the least knowledge about this thing.
Also the latest researches show that the Hispanic adults are much ignorant of the warning signs of heart attack as compared to the whites or African-Americans. Only 14.3 % of Hispanics are aware of the signs and the actions to be taken at the moment, whereas 16.2 % of Blacks are aware and 30 % of Whites know about it.
One thing that we all should know is to call 911 in such an emergency or seek a medical assistance immediately.
But all this is possible only when you come to know about the warning signs of heart attack on my next article.

Now, what is insomnia?

It is lack of good quality sleep during night leading to numerous sleeping problems like waking up too early, waking up off and on throughout night and restlessness. It may be temporary or chronic. But to add to your knowledge, insomnia is a symptom, and not a disease.

List of sleep disorders :
1. Sleep Apnea
2. Bruxism
3. Excessive sleepiness
4. Restless legs
Here are the details of all these disorders :
Sleep Apnea
recurrent episodes of breathing stoppage during sleep
Patients of sleep apnea usually snore and stop breathing for short periods, and emerge from sleep with a jerk or gasp. This disorder occurs when an upper airway gets blocked by the relaxation of tissues of the soft palate or enlarged adenoids or nasal polyps.
If you notice these symptoms in you or in your near ones, then immediately see a doctor. You can lose weight, sleep on your stomach or side, stay away from alcohol before bedtime and use nasal decongestants, but all this should be done under proper guidance of a physician.
Bruxism
grinding or clenching of teeth during sleep
Usually such a sleep disorder occurs due to stress. For this, you will have to visit your dentist, only he can tell you whether your bite needs adjustment and will provide you with a plastic guard to prevent further damage. Try to sort out the rootcause of your tension. For this, learn some good relaxation skills.
Excessive sleepiness
To avoid this, get abundant sleep at night, take a daytime nap and try to eat light or vegetarian meals, especially when you are going for some special activity or maybe sex with your partner. Go for the drinks rich in caffeine like coffee, tea and colas to keep you awake for long. If still the problem persists, then go and visit your doctor.
Restless legs
It is the irresistible urge or desire to keep on moving your legs. It normally occurs shortly after you go to bed or throughout the night, not letting you to get to sleep or stay asleep. So, get up from your bed and walk a bit around to remove your stress. Try to relax your muscles and take a warm bath before going to bed. If the condition gets severe, then see your physician.

Amenorrhoea Teenager Girl

Amenorrhoea is the cessation or the stopping of normal menstruation - the monthly period in women. Periods usually stop nearly between the age of 44 and 54 due to menopause after which a woman gets deprived of the capability of childbearing.
Another temporary cause of amenorrhoea before menopause occurs in a woman is pregnancy. Or there could be some other reasons for amenorrhoea, like there are some general illnesses especially the prolonged or chronic ones. Or sometimes, a period is missed in a healthy woman for no specific reasons. Stress or worry is another main reason for amenorrhoea. Now, here are a number of causes of amenorrhoea, that will help you to find the rootcause to your problem:
Primary causes
1. menopause
2. pregnancy
Secondary causes
1. stress
2. homesickness
3. instant change in routine
4. nurses, students and new recruits to women's forces often suffer from amenorrhoea
5. drastic change in diet
6. contraceptive pills may cause a very light and occasionally missed periods
7. hormonal imbalance
Less common causes
1. your ovaries are failing to release eggs in the normal way
2. your glands might have some sort of disorder
Note: If you have missed your period for once only without having any one of the above causes, then there is nothing to worry about. But if it happens again for the second time, then you are strictly recommended to visit your doctor.
Frequent bouts of amenorrhoea in a healthy young woman may be due to subfertility, so such patients should not use contraceptive pills as they might supress your ovulation cycle severely.
