In some situations, it becomes very difficult to diagnose your pregnancy symptoms which are quite similar to that of Premenstrual Syndrome(PMS).
So, listen to your body. Maybe its the indication of pregnancy. Whether you desire a pregnancy or not, it is essential for you to be aware of the symptoms. Just follow these indications that will definitely help you to figure it out:
1. Mood swings- You get irritated very easily and sometimes you do the opposite and this is due to the hormonal surges. During the early stages of pregnancy, mood swings can get worse than those from PMS.
2. Fatigue- You get tired easily, but fatigue can be a sign of may other conditions as well. This may continue throughout your pregnancy.
3. Morning sickness/Nausea- Morning sickness can be associated with slight nausea or vomiting. Morning sickness varies from woman to woman and pregnancy to pregnancy. This kind of feeling shows up between 2-8 weeks after conception. Some women do not experience morning sickness at all, while others feel nauseous throughout most of their pregnancy.
4. Food cravings- Suddenly you start experiencing a great appetite and food cravings which goes on like this throughout your pregnancy.
5. Constipation- There can be two reasons for constipation during pregnancy. First being the change in hormone secretion in your body and the other being the growth of the uterus. And when the grown uterus presses your bowels, constipation occurs.
6. Swollen/Tender Breasts- You start feeling your breasts getting tender, larger or swollen tremendously.
7. Backaches & Headaches- The extra stress on your spine because of the growing baby and the sudden rise of hormones in your body can cause you to have backaches and headaches during pregnancy.
8. Frequent Urination- You feel the desire to urinate again and again and this is because of the hormonal changes or increase in the pressure on the bladder. Due to this, around 6-8 weeks after conception, you may find yourself making a few extra trips to the bathroom.
9. Implantation Bleeding or Spotting- You may experience spotting near the time of your expected menses. The reason for this spotting is the implantation of the fertilized egg in your uterus about 6-12 days after conception and is usually very light. Some women experience spotting as well as some cramping.
10. Missed period- This is the clearest sign of your pregnancy, but a missed period can also be caused by a large change in diet, exercise or Stress level.
11. Darkening of Areolas- If you are pregnant, the skin around your nipples may get enough darker to get noticed.
NOTE:- Some women may experience just one or two or more of these early signs of pregnancy and a very few lucky ones may experience none. Each pregnancy is different. So, a home pregnancy test is a must.
